What should I do if I have problems with my card or app abroad?

No, the MultiSport Kids, MultiSport Kids Aqua, MultiSport Student, and MultiSport Senior cards are not accepted at facilities abroad and do not entitle the holder to use international visitsHow do I verify my identity in the MultiSport app?
To verify your identity in the MultiSport mobile app, follow these steps:
1. Visit any facility in Poland with the app and your ID document.
2. Add a photo of your face in the app.
3. Ask the facility staff to confirm your identity.
4. Generate a QR code in the app and show it to the staff together with your ID document.
5. From then on, your identity is verified and you can enter any facility that accepts the MultiSport card in Poland and abroad using only the app.
Can I visit facilities abroad multiple times a day?
The same rules and limitations apply to international visits as in Poland. A visit registered at a facility abroad counts toward the overall entry limit.
For example, after two visits abroad with a MultiSport Light card limited to 10 visits per month, the number of remaining entries will decrease by two.
Similarly, in the case of the MultiSport Plus card, the next entry can take place only after at least one hour has passed.
